The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. Esthetically, I love this toilet. I have never seen one with a square base. That brings not only a classy vibe, but seemed much easier to "level" on my very uneven floors. I didn't know a toilet could be this tall either. I'm 5'7 or taller and sitting on the seat, my feet are barely flat on the floor. If you're tall, you will love this. This model is one piece, so the tank comes pre-attached with the plumbing already in it. If you're installing yourself, you'll want to make sure you get a longer water supply line. I removed one star due to installation difficulty for DIY consumers. Notice there aren't any unsightly white caps to cover the screws on the side of the tank? Very clean look, but can be very difficult to set with the wax ring since you can't see where the screws are. Chalking a line helps, but not much, especially in a tight space. Have an extra wax ring on hand in case you "miss" the first time. Originally I couldn't figure out why the water in the bowl was so low, but customer service quickly advised me to move the water valve to the correct position, which filled the bowl normally.
