This lamp with emits soft warm white light, bright but not extremely bright, doesn't hurt the eyes, and will add a nice accent to almost any room.

UPDATE: One doesn't work without fussing with it due to flimsy wiring in the entire socket. These are NOT replaceable bulbs!! They're wired to the socket. You can unscrew them to find them connected with very flimsy wires. Def NOT WORTH THE MONEY! We've used these 3 times for about 15 mins each time now there's a problem with one. Shop elsewhere for a better price! These are very cute and perfect for outdoor table. However they're lightweight to the point of blowing off the table in a higher wind so I'll be bringing them in when we have high winds and or storms. Love this! I love that it's made out of thick plastic because then you can keep it outside without worrying about it getting rusty. I can't tell you how many metal ones I have gotten rid of because of that. This lantern is well made, nice color gray that can go with any decor in your home. It would look great near a fireplace. It takes 3 "D" batteries, great height, and you can set the candles on a timer or leave them on for the amount of time you want. The candles let off a good amount of light to be used as a night light in a hallway when guests come, so they don't get hurt. Once you get this home, you will love it and look for places to put it.
