Great chair that is firm in terms of support, yet soft in terms of cushion. Most options seem to have firm cushions, which I didn’t want in a reading chair because I wanted it to also double as a napping spot. The swivel side table, charging ports, cup holders, adjustable back for relaxing or to convert into a sleeper, and storage in the arm rests and main part of the chair make this a great lounge chair for small spaces. The room is small and this chair is perfect without taking over the whole room—I’m still able to fit 5 book cases, a small rocking chair, and a large side table with this chair in the same space with room to spare. A Belgian Malinois and an adult fit in this perfectly, and we’ve inadvertently taken a nap on it while the human was reading because it’s so comfy. I wish it came in a navy blue, but the gray is nice and will probably hide the dog hair. Other than assembly directions and parts labeling being easier to follow, there are no complaints! I purchased this chair specifically to use when creating art and card making. Sitting for a long period of time requires a super comfortable chair. What I found with this chair is that it definitely fit all of my needs – comfort and strength. The hydraulics are fantastic and being able to lift the arms up to push a chair under my desk as wonderful! First, it's pretty. Since I work at home, it's nice to not have a boring office chair in my house. I admit that my assistant put it together, (sounds bougier than it is, she loves doing this kind of this and asked if she could.) She said it was super easy. I like the adjustment capabilities. I can get it to exactly how I need it to work sitting upright or in a virtual meeting etc. The best part is when I want to chill on a call or because I'm about to pull my hair out, I can recline and use the footrest. I’m really happy with this chair! It was pretty easy to put together and feels sturdy once assembled. The seat is wider than most gaming chairs I’ve tried, which makes it much more comfortable when sitting for a long time. I really like the footrest and being able to recline when I want to relax, although feels flimsy not sure on the weight it can hold . The lumbar and neck pillows give good support too, the massage pillow is more of a buzzing than massaging, It looks great in person and honestly feels like a much more expensive chair for the price.
