First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

Strap in for a comfortable chair constructed in thick contoured leather. Adjustable tilt tension and locking tilt control put you in charge of this chair's functionalities. Built-in lumbar support and one-touch pneumatic height adjustment assure relaxing support during heavy work sessions. Beautiful chrome accents set the presentation for this high-back faux leather manager's chair.

Submitting this review 15 months after delivery. This chair is a good value for the price. After 15 months of near daily use, the chair has held up in "new" condition without any issues. I don't recall if the description indicates the chair reclines or rocks back. There is "give" to the back but you would have to have a lot of weight and force to keep it in the "reclined" position which is only a few inches. This is not a problem for me as I don't need this functionality. The item was easy to assemble, I did it myself in no time at all. Make note, there are four small, plastic pieces to insert on each side of the chair that can be easily lost in the packaging. Also, they are plastic (cheap). Install them carefully because if you crack them, I'm sure there is no replacement part available. They require a little "force" to insert.. They are shown in photos so you know what pieces to look out for when you unbox.. Jennifer. Westport, CT. Mon Apr 18 2022

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Sun Jun 21 2026

It is a contemporary, decor-friendly, adjustable office chair with lumbar support. And while we can all agree that’s important, they are in fact, superficial basics that everyone has, and not true ergo-enhancements. And if you work, study, or game long hours it’s just not enough comfort, is it? 2D adjustable headrest and seat for the ultimate custom fit our tilting headrest also adjusts to your height, while the seat slides up, and down. Our 5-point base with dual castors gives greater stability and strength over the common 4-point, single-castor chairs. And the other unique thing is we give you a free set of rollerblade wheels velvet smooth on hardwood floors. No, no sweating, sticking, or mesh marks! Forget about wire mesh chairs that leave grill marks on your body. Our smooth breathable mesh provides optimal airflow to avoid sweating and sticking.

LOVE IT! GREAT PRICE FOR VALUE!. Mardig. Wed Jul 29 2026

A 360° swivel base and locking recline function support both focus and flexibility. We love that it holds up to 300 lbs. and comes in several different frame and mesh color combinations for your clean, modern workspace.

Nice office chair. I like the lumbar support. As someone else indicated the arms do push down (see pic) so keep that in mind if you tend to use the arm rest when you stand up. Assembly was easy enough for one person but two would make it faster.. Erika. Sun Jun 07 2026

I wish I could get this chair 5 stars. It is sleek, well constructed, as will as comfortable and supportive. The chair adjusts easily. It rolls smooth. The leather is great quality. Only issue is that my first chair has a tear on the top, they were extremely responsive and sent a second quickly, which then had tears on the arm. I think it’s the packaging. The chair itself is amazing.. Jamilyn. Kingwood, TX. Sun Oct 11 2026

Top Grain Genuine Leather Executive Office Chair Brown, Luxury Office Chair with Aluminum Sturdy Base, High Back Ergonomic Boss Chair for Long Hours, Reclining and Rolling smoothly

This chair is comfortable, gorgeous, and beautifully designed. I absolutely loved it—until I saw the exact same chair on Wayfair three days after receiving mine for $200 less than the sale price I had just paid. I was even more disappointed when I contacted Wayfair to request a price adjustment and was told that they do not price match—even on a purchase made just days earlier. I was genuinely taken aback. While the chair itself is wonderful, the experience surrounding the pricing has significantly diminished my satisfaction with the purchase. A $200 price difference within three days is substantial, and I would have expected a company of Wayfair's size to have a reasonable policy for situations like this. Five stars for the chair. Far fewer for the customer experience. The product is excellent, but the pricing practices and lack of flexibility or corporate responsibility were extremely disappointing.. Gigi. Bronx, NY.
