We really like this table! It is sturdy and doesn’t wobble when we eat on it. It was fairly easy to put together but there is a sizable scratch on the top (it might have happened when we put it together). I haven’t tried out the leaf yet, but we put it in after we built it to make sure it was good. Overall, I would really recommend this table.. Jess. Florida. Fri Oct 09 2026

I absolutely love this table. The design is beautiful and it feels very sturdy once assembled. From the pictures, I expected the tabletop to have more of a glossy finish, but it actually has more of a natural wood look. I also thought it would be a little bigger based on the photos, but the size is perfect for four people. Overall, I’m still extremely happy with it — definitely a 1010 for me. Now I’m just waiting to get the chairs to complete the look!. Donyalee. Arizona. Sat Sep 12 2026

It was a little underwhelming. Overall, I think it will be fine. I am having trouble selecting a set of chairs. The images reflect 8 dining chairs but in reality it will only fit 6 comfortably. I would recommend this table if you are looking for something different from the everyday, I am happy with the design but not so much the wood. Not sure what it is made of.. Anonymous. US. This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. John-mark. Howell, MI. Wed Sep 30 2026

This dining table brings a mid-century modern look to your space with its distinct, sculpted silhouette. The table is exactly what we had hoped for. It's even more beautiful in person than in the product listing. With the new chairs we bought it's just what we were looking for in our newly remodeled kitchen with MCM vibes. (Off to order placemats to protect the beautiful table!). Robert. Round Hill, VA. Bring flexibility and modern elegance to your dining area with this 3-in-1 extendable pedestal dining table. Designed to adapt to your lifestyle, it effortlessly transforms from a compact 47” round table (seats 4) to a 65” oval (seats 6), and fully extends to 83” long (seats 8) — perfect for intimate dinners, family meals, or hosting guests. Supported by a sturdy pedestal base, this space-saving table offers maximum legroom while maintaining a sleek, balanced look. Crafted from durable MDF and it’s ideal for modern homes that demand both style and versatility.

I really love the look of this table and I'm torn between 3/4 stars. The pedestal design is beautiful, the walnut color is gorgeous, and I love that it converts from round to oval. The extension leaves work really well and are surprisingly substantial and heavy. Assembly was pretty easy too. That said, I’m disappointed in the quality of the materials, especially for the price. The laminate in particular feels pretty cheap. One of the pedestal posts already has laminate peeling away at the seam (it was like this at delivery), and you have to be really careful when putting in some of the screws and bolts because the laminate can easily peel or get damaged around those areas. My table was also missing some of the parts needed to secure the tabletop to the pedestal. I contacted customer service about that, and the manufacturer was very nice and immediately sent out the missing parts, which I really appreciated. I haven’t contacted them about the peeling laminate because I think I can fix it myself with some contact cement. Since the pedestal is such a large piece, I really don’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it if I can avoid it. I may still reach out if I can’t fix it, although I see the table is currently out of stock. Overall, I really do love this table and wish this exact design were available in real wood. It’s not an inexpensive table, and I do think it’s overpriced for the quality of the materials. I would happily pay more for this same design if it were made with real wood and a better-quality finish. It’s a beautiful, functional table, I just wish the quality matched the price.. Anonymous. This is a good solid wood table. Assembly takes about 3 hours. The surface is bumpy not smooth. You can feel the wood texture, which is great. I wish the table could be wider. 4 people can fit comfortably in the table but 6 people might be a little tight.. Jessica. Bridgeport, PA. Thu Jan 08 2026

Oval design creates a comfortable communication atmosphere, ideal for meetings and discussions

The left base features a storage cabinet with fluted glass doors and built-in lighting, while the spacious tabletop comfortably seats 6-8 guests. The tabletop features premium wear-resistant & waterproof surface treatment, effectively resisting scratches, liquid spills and stubborn stains. Easy to wipe clean and maintain daily neatness effortlessly. It doubles as a dining spot or workspace, perfect for hosting or daily use.

Great Design & Functional Storage. I am actually pretty impressed with this table and here’s why - I really like the oval shape - my dining room is weirdly shaped due to a specific design of the house (it’s not square, it’s not round, it has multiple corners…) so it was a real challenge to find a shape that would fit. The oval shaped table is perfect. I also like the deep, rich espresso/dark walnut wood finish - it instantly became a focal point of the dining room and fits seamlessly with the decor and the rug. The design is very nice too, especially because of the textured, fluted details on the pedestal base - they add this mid-century modern flair which we like. Also, additional storageis super important for us - that’s why the built-in cabinet base with shelves is a massive bonus - arched, fluted glass doors provide excellent storage for dinnerware (or decor) without looking cluttered. The size, however, is a point for debate with my wife - she thinks it will comfortably sit only 4 people because the storage takes space, but I disagree - I think there’s plenty of space for 6 people (someone sitting in front of the glass doors may just need to be more careful not to hit them with their knees or feet…) Overall, I think the table is a perfect blend of style and functionality and is certainly a great addition to our dining room. The assembly was pretty straight forward until I go the the fluted accents. The two around the storage unit were OK to deal with. The one going around the single pedestal base, thouth, was tricky. It's not quite long enough to go around and meet for a seamless connection. There is a gap between the two ends and something to consider when you are putting it together. Plan for a small gap and work to place it inside where it's not easily seen.. Curtis. Fairfax, VA. Sun Jun 28 2026

This modern farmhouse-style dining table is designed to enhance everyday dining experiences, providing a spacious and comfortable setting for family members and guests to gather. Just to start.. I had an issue with my order initially with someone taking my table and Wayfair was very prompt about resolving my issue. On to the table.. It was fairly easy to put together, and although one person can get the job done, two sets of hands and eyes make the process much easier!
