Sturdy, Cute, and functional. Came well packaged. It took me about 3.5hrs to assemble by myself. You can put it together in 1/2 the time if assembly is your gig. I left the towel rack off and eventually took the side shelf off, because my room is small and honestly I think it looks better. When the leaf is open, it created more counter top than I thought it would. The back is plain and could use some adhesive drawer/shelf liner, which I might do later. LOVE THIS PICE OF FURNITURE! Just arrived and took less than an hour to assemble with 2 people. It was actually stamped that it was made the same day it shipped to us. Very sturdy and well made. other reviews state that the leaf is sagging etc....well the hardware holding it up is pretty beefy, and there are instructions included for if you need to tightenlevel the leaf. also the other review stating the drawer and leaf should be on the same side...well thats not physically possible, they would get in the way of one another. they included a package of wood seasoning to get you started as well.
