Altogether, this is not a bad piece. I did put the feet on backwards and will have to remove those. Did not notice until I added it together. I took a star because two pieces were damaged. Thankfully, they did not affect the overall aesthetic, but who wants damage furniture. I’m not sure how long the peace will last because it does not seem as sturdy as I would like. This record player cabinet is officially my favorite piece of furniture in our home. It fits everything so perfectly - there are shelves on the side to hold the speakers, built in record racks on the inside with doors that close to keep dust out, and plenty of room on the top for the player itself and our amp. I do wish some of the spaces had holes drilled into the back for wires for speakers and the like, but we can always do that ourselves. The opening of the clear door is a little bit awkward with no handle- but we pull on the metal part sticking out and that works just fine (and we can add a knob/handle if we really want to).
