This is a really solid end table. I like it a lot. However, the parts were missing the Allen wrench needed to put it together. So, I had to use my husband's set. I'm glad he had that! Once put together, the table is not level and rocks a bit, but I'm going to try taking it apart and putting it together again to see if it was user error. The pieces are a nice weight, making the table sturdy once assembled...it's easy to move, yet hard to accidentally knock over. The height adjustment is excellent. It gets tall enough to use as a podium or standing desk, but lowers enough to fit comfortably next to a platform bed, modern couch, or lounge chair. The up/down mechanism is ergonomic, and the manual tilt bar locks securely into plenty of angle options. I also love the size...it easily fits my laptop, a notebook, and a food tray. First - I have used this product, it did not come with paint on it! I’m a sucker for a mobile tray/desk and actually have a few. I really like this one. It can slide under the couch when it’s pulled in, the tray is adjustable which is really nice, it also has breaks so it won’t push away from you while the tray is inclined.
