The Kapellen upholstered ottoman is way bigger than I thought it was going to be. For my tiny home it makes things rather tight in my living room. On the other hand it works great for relaxing with the feet up but especially playing games. Its really soft fabric wise but also must hav which is nice for the kids to sit on. a foam interior.. I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved!
