VEIL® INTELLIGENT IN-WALL TANK

This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed?
