The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts. Will update the review if I can once I have it all put together. It is finally finished and looks great. It took awhile to get the damaged/missing parts but the vendor did come through. It is nice to be able to use the controls to open and close the roof. It would be nice to be able to do the same for the side screens. Sadly, you can only use the controls to open and close them.. First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts.
