Its beautiful, the color and fabric texture are very rich and luxurious. Comfort is 35, definitely not a sink into it sectional but its fine. Im taking one star because it doesnt feel like it will last very long, the arms are a little wobbly and the cushion fill is pretty flat. Alexa. Fri Jul 10 2026

It’s a good looking sectional after setup and seems comfortable so far. Only time will tell how it holds over time and if the quality remains decent so I can’t give it five stars yet.. Kg. NY. This couch matches the pictures exactly! The back is low and has very little support, however that is something I expected and am okay with. I wish Wayfair offered a matching ottoman, however I don’t believe they do so I will be purchasing a separate one. Love it so far!. Alyssa. Stratford, CT. Tue Jul 21 2026

Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

The seat cushions of the modular sectional sofa set are made of high-resilience foam and have better resilience and softness. Our modular sectional couch is based on a solid hardwood frame with comfortable foam covered with terry fabric which is similar to towels. The fabric of our sections is durable, comfortable, and pet-friendly. These provide perfect softness and give you a feeling of relaxation. You can watch movies or read books for a whole day.

The delivery speed was amazing and didnt have any damage to the items even though there were holes in the boxes. Quality is good. There was one issue with a seam showing the filling. Otherwise the cushions are firm and comfortable. The black definitely shows everly little light colored fluff from blankets and animals and kids. But microfiber material is easy to clean. Put covers on it to protect it from the animals. Overall very happy with this couch.. Luke. Michigan. Sun Oct 04 2026

Very disappointing purchase. The sofa looks much better in the photos and description than it performs in real life. This sofa is great if you want to open up all the pieces and lay them down for floor seating or for kids to play on, just like in the photo in the description. The individual pieces don’t securely connect to one another and there is no real support structure holding them in place. As a result, the sections constantly shift and slide around when you sit down. You constantly have to reposition and straighten everything just to make the sofa usable. We specifically purchased this because we wanted spacious, comfortable seating that could be configured for a family room and play area. Unfortunately, the lack of structural support, constantly moving sections, poor back support, and inability to hold its shape make it impractical for sofa type seating, but is excellent when all pieces are opened and spread out - ideal for adults and kids to lounge and play on..
