So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. Biggest couch I have ever purchased. Measurements are accurate. The ottoman and corner pieces are incredibly deep and comfortable. This was the first boneless couch we have ever purchased as well. I’m really enjoying that there are no hard spots between seats or on the arms. It’s all made of cushion. The seats are very soft and a mixture of down. We have not had any feathers pop through the cushion covers. Overall this is an excellent couch it just requires you to have adequate spacing on your floor plan. It’s super comfy and is just what I needed. But the color is way off compared to product photos. I purchased the Khaki color which looks brownish to dark grey brown mix in photos.
