We’ve had this couch for about two weeks now and I’m really happy with it, especially for the price. It was surprisingly easy to put together by myself, and it’s been very comfortable so far. We have three big dogs and tend to replace our couches every couple of years anyway, so I didn’t want to spend a fortune this time. There were some cosmetic issues with wrinkled fabric and black marks that aren’t easily removed unfortunately, so I had requested for a replacement for that piece. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while.
