The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. I truly love the comfort of this couch. The back is very durable and the seats are comfortable. The fabric is soft! It wasn’t too difficult to build which was amazing. I put it together in about an hour. The only thing I would change is that the storage is a bit difficult. The cushions attach to a board and you have to lift the whole thing off to get into the storage. It doesn’t have a hinge so in the process of lifting it off, the cushion falls off the board. Biggest couch I have ever purchased. Measurements are accurate. The ottoman and corner pieces are incredibly deep and comfortable. This was the first boneless couch we have ever purchased as well. I’m really enjoying that there are no hard spots between seats or on the arms. It’s all made of cushion. The seats are very soft and a mixture of down. We have not had any feathers pop through the cushion covers. Overall this is an excellent couch it just requires you to have adequate spacing on your floor plan.
