Overall, this bedframe has been worth every penny. I purchased this bed frame on Black Friday two years ago and this thing still feels brand new. My two dogs and kids jump all over the bed and wrestle daily on it. This frame holds up due to the metal supports underneath, not just wooden slabs holding up the mattress like other bed frames. Also, there are buttons on the headboard to toggle onoff the led lights (view photo). I saw another reviewer saying they didn’t exist but they absolutely do. My only complaint is the red material scratches pretty easily. You can see that in the side-table photo. Otherwise, it’s a very sturdy and easy-to-build bed frame. I waited until it went on sale during Way Day and then signed up to receive marketing emails from Wayfair to get an additional 10 percent off. I was able to purchase it for a little more than $8,300. One annoying thing was that the clear plastic protector that wrapped the headboard roots itself behind where the led lights are, so pulling it totally out is a pain.
