I purchased this couch and both boxes came damaged and parts that were in the box were damaged as well. I did reach out to Wayfair and they immediately made it right by offering me a discount because of this. I also had some missing screws/bolts and had to go to the hardware store to finish making the couches. It is not the easiest thing to put together, but once you figure it out, it straightforward. The video that’s on. The instructions also helps. It’s a very cute looking couch and surprisingly is very comfortable! I was a little worried when I saw the cushions but it is very comfy. I overall enjoy it as well as the look of it! It is very sturdy. To make the couch bigger I put the other two chairs together with this couch to make it longer, however, I am able to make them either individual chairs or a loveseat. They’d also do come with hooks if that’s the right word to connect the couches underneath so they do not split apart! I love it. I spent HOURS trying to find the right sectional that would fit, be comfortable and look high end and this works great. The seat cushions took a few days to expand fully after being vacuum sealed in the packaging and the back cushions were a bit too thick so I took them off and just replaced with my own throw pillows, which I like the look and feel of much better. The whole thing is pretty heavy which helps it feel more substantial and expensive. I’m probably going to donate the coffee table and replace with something else as it’s not really my style but all in all I would highly recommend. Very comfortable and looks great.. Sara. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. This was a nice full set of patio furniture. It went together well and seems to be good quality alinumun and hopefully wont oxide and lose its paint. The cushions unzip and tie in the back. It was easy to put together. Im not sure if the hardware is stainless steel or not to know whether or not it will rust. It hasnt rained here to know whether the cushions will repel water or not.
