These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. To the manufacturer- please label the screw and bolt packages just like the other parts. I'm happy with them and my wife commented how nice they look but take your time with the assembly.. Dave. I want to love these. Look wise they get 5 stars. But looks is only half of it. They are not comfortable. The back cushion is a low quality pillow. You feel the bar through them. Plus they are way too deep set. If I take a bottom cushion off and put it on the top/backside and then out the pillow in front of it, it's perfect. But no idea how I am going to find 5 matching cushions. Other option is if you push the cushion back and sit the pillow on it but then there is a bad void in the front that doesn't look appealing. *See examples of photos attached. I just put together my six piece outdoor patio Set with coffee table and I have to say this is a stunning looking, almost Miami style modern, chic, patio set. It took me some time to put this together, but nothing complex and the results are amazing. My entire family was taken back about how luxurious this looked. He stated I would now have to buy all new patio sets that looked like this in the foreseeable future. It’s extremely durable with the HDPE wicker and powder coated steel frame. When we sat on it, you could feel the strength, but yet the comfort in those beautiful more white than beige comfortable cushions. I just love the fact that they’re super thick and comfortable and if I do get any marks or stains on them, they are machine washable, this is an important factor when deciding with this color. What grabbed my eye as well. were those side nooks on each end section. You have the top with a woodgrain arm and underneath that are the nooks where you could put a variety of different items, towels, books, etc. it just gave it a unique style that I’m all about. I also really love the fact that I have multiple options for configuration meaning I can set it up as an L shape or separate each piece separately and in its own function, it’s just so unique and perfect for what I was looking for in my outdoor area. They listed the cushions as beige, but they’re really more of a white color. This is what gives it a rich look And I can’t complain. For the cost, this is a great value and I highly recommend.. The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag.
