The bed is really pretty, sturdy, solid wood, but it’s a few things that prevent me from giving 5 stars. No instructions, took some time to find them online. The headfootboardsside rails don’t perfectly line up, which bothers the perfectionist in me. Not enough screws included to screw in both sides of each slat, had to do every other. Also, there are buttons on the headboard to toggle onoff the led lights (view photo). I saw another reviewer saying they didn’t exist but they absolutely do. My only complaint is the red material scratches pretty easily. You can see that in the side-table photo. Otherwise, it’s a very sturdy and easy-to-build bed frame.
