We looked around for a long time to find this fan! I purchased this fan for my family room. It arrived well packed and quickly. It's been fantastic! I love this fan for it's looks more than any other fan in our home. It's just beautiful, not an eye sore like some fans can be. Transitional, modern, clean. I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost. The fan is beautiful and exactly what I wanted as a hater of fans. I wanted something a but more sculptural and this does the job very well while also moving air around the room better than a traditional fan in my opinion.
