The bed is fairly well made and the instructions are pretty clear, however I'm deducting one star for the absolute slog it took to assemble. I did the assembly over two days and probably spent close to 8 hours assembling it with proper power tools and a ratchet. Don't bother using the included allen keys or you will likely go crazy before the bed is done. I'm very well versed in flat pack assembly but this was a level unto itself in the sheer number of parts. I would also say the 3 drawers are very much a let down compared to the rest of the bed. They are kind of a joke in their construction but at least they were fairly easy to put together. My son loves this bed and the LED lights with the power strip are the main attraction.. Brandt. CO. I read reviews and was pretty intimidated when I started building, but everything went well. I had all of the correct parts, and I found the directions clear. Not worth the price. Though the pic looks beautiful and it’s a great space saver, up close the craftsmanship is poor. Some parts are smooth and other parts are rough as sandpaper. Not worth the price for this quality. Also, this comes in 3 different boxes and when we received it there were no screws. Had to contact wayfair for tool replacement and wait another week for them to arrive. Meanwhile, had loose pieces all over my daughters room as the box fell apart while unpacking.
