The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. My kiddo loves it. It is very sturdy with the metal frame. However, the welds and pre-drilled holes are not straight, so we had to force some pieces to fit, and had to bend the metal frame that supports the shelves because it was welded crooked and the shelves weren’t level.
