I was able to assemble almost the entire bed myself. My husband only had to help me carry the bookcase sections upstairs because of their size. For the price, I think this bed is an excellent value. It completely changed the look and feel of my daughters room and gives her a fun, cozy setup that she genuinely enjoys. Great! Took longer to put together by myself took around 3.5 hours. It wouldve gone faster if I didnt tighten bolts the first round. Another perfect find! The bottom drawers are not attached which I knew but its not really a game changer for me and they dont move when you get out of the bed. Easy to put together. I got the green daybed. The colors were true emerald which is lovely next to house plants. The bed feels sturdy but my only issue was the lack of a central support beam. So I just built one from some planks of wood. All in all, I am very pleased with this piece of furniture and I get to enjoy it as a couch and just sit on it getting some sunlight while reading.
