I’m very happy with this swing! The wicker is much better quality than I expected, especially for the price, and it feels sturdy and well made. I do wish the color had been described more accurately—it looks like a dark brown rather than black. The plastic side tables seem a little flimsy, so I’m not sure how they’ll hold up over time. Also, the included hanging chain wasn’t long enough for my installation, so I had to buy additional chain from the hardware store. Even with those minor issues, I think this is an excellent value. I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
