There is a big difference between front legs and rear legs and there are NO markings on legs or instructions to advise of the difference. I am very mechanically knowledgeable and it took me a few times assembling and disassembling legs before I figured out the difference. This was solid, well the replacement. When I got the chaise it had come damaged, customer service was second to none and sent me a replacement. After 5 years the chaise is still going strong.
