I am in love with this couch, the only funny thing was the right side was harder to assemble but the left side was a breeze. I was actually happy it came separately and I did them both on different days. The second assembly was so great I don’t even care how long the first one took me haha. I little larger than I expected but I love it. Jackelyne. Jersey City, NJ. Fri Sep 18 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

This sofa-and-chaise sectional features an L-shaped design that provides you with ample room to stretch out and relax, even in space-conscious homes and apartments. It has a manufactured wood frame that rests on low-profile dowel legs for a modern look. Wrapped in a linen blend fabric, it comes in a neutral tone that matches with almost any style or color scheme. Foam-filled cushions give you plenty of support. Rounded arms, nailhead trim, and subtle tufting in the back add a traditional feel we love. A storage ottoman and two toss pillows are also included. Best of all, two built-in cup holders help keep you hydrated during movie or game night.

Love my new couch it is small but at 5’2 fits me perfectly. I don’t feel like a child sitting in an oversized chair. Perfect for smaller areas or dorms I’m sure or in my case a living room with corner fireplace that only allows you certain ways to lay your furniture.. Summer. Rogers, Arkansas. Fri Oct 02 2026

The couch is soft and cozy. Pretty easy to put together on your own and lightweight. It comes with pads, which makes it easy to move around. Maybe everybody else in the world knew that modular couches contain shape, but I didn’t know that they could change shapes so easily arms are optional being two love seats and an option or a big sectional love love love would totally recommend.. This couch is cute and cozy. I was surprised that it came in one box. The one con I would say is that it has a smell to it? I’m going to watch the outside cushions eventually but other than that, it gets the job done. It’s comfortable and perfect for a small living room space. Alyssa. Iowa City. Sat Sep 26 2026

For the price - very comfortable hence the high review. Overall looks great but the outer frame is cheap looking. However…Pushed into a smaller corner in the office makes this work.. Christopher. Huntersville, NC. Thu Oct 01 2026

The Serta Copenhagen 78-inch rolled arm sofa combines classic comfort with a streamlined profile for everyday living. Easy-care fabric, loose pillow-back cushions, and supportive construction make it a practical choice for living rooms, apartments, offices, and family spaces.

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Mon Sep 21 2026
