This is a solid heavy dresser that came fully assembled and was very well wrapped in a blanket and shrink wrapped around that. There are zero dings or scratches of any kind. The drawers all open smoothly when both handles are used to open them. The drawers are on basic slides that require you to push until fully closed. The full-service delivery placed it directly into the bedroom as requested. My only complaint is there was a "secure to wall" warning placard which was literally screwed into the top drawer knob that required unscrewing the knob to remove because it was too tight to simply tear off - there were numerous other of the same warning on parts of the dresser and this one was superfluous and annoying. It is great furniture 1st of all and quality wood from Brazil!! I assembled the entire bedroom suite by myself and I highly recommend using a screw gun and make sure to set it on the lowest setting so you don’t strip the screws and such!AND if you have someone to help that’d be awesome too!! If you purchase multiple identical items such as nite stands build them both at the same time, that way you can get familiar with the hardware used in the assembly process that’s used on the dresser as well‼️. It is SUPER sturdy and so cute! It came in 4 boxes and they were all quite heavy so I would highly recommend having someone come help you move them where they need to go.
