We are so happy with this bed! My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. Since we put it together, she actually makes her bed every morning and keeps telling us how much she loves spending time in her room — which might be the best review a parent can give! Assembly was very straightforward and easy to follow. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it does take some time, but I chose to build it in sections over two days, which made the process very manageable. I was able to assemble almost the entire bed myself. My husband only had to help me carry the bookcase sections upstairs because of their size. For the price, I think this bed is an excellent value. It completely changed the look and feel of my daughters room and gives her a fun, cozy setup that she genuinely enjoys. This bed is more off-white or cream rather than white, which is what I was hoping for. The boucle is nice and the headboard is thick enough so that it doesn’t look cheap. It has a very low profile and I switched out the black plastic feet for some wood ball feet I found online. This gives the bed an extra designer look and gave it 2” more in height.
