quality I have many issues with the recliners I purchased. I liked them at first, but after using them for a time, I feel very differently. My husband and I are 73 years old. These are manual recliners, that require STRONG PUSHING to get them to recline. Often, I am unable to do it, which ruins the purpose of a recliner. Also, once it is reclined, it will not stay all the way back. It keeps partially creeping to a sitting position again. I wish, at my age, that I had the opportunity to sit in more recliners before I purchased these. They are very unsatisfactory for our daily life. I don’t remember the exact dates they were purchased and then delivered, but I am very unhappy and disappointed with their ease of reclining and comfort. “Very, very stiff is how I would describe them, and extremely uncomfortable. I have tried various pillows and blankets to soften the feel, but none of these measures has helped. What can you do for me? How can you resolve my dissatisfaction and discomfort with these chairs? I somewhat feel I was very foolish to purchase such an important piece of furniture, where comfort is key, without sitting in them first. Once they were purchased and delivered, I thought there was no recourse for me, but I should have contacted you immediately. Please tell me what can be done, and if I can have the comfort of a recliner after all. Thank you, and I look forward to your expedient answer. My name is Beryl Weidenbach and my husband is James. We live in Bloomington, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. The address is 7801 W. 99th St. 55438. Phone numbers are 612-964-92-06 and 952-829-0272. Other items That I have purchased from Wayfair I have been very happy with. Please help me with this current and continuing problem. Beryl. Mpls, Mn.. Sat Jul 13 2024

So far, we like the chair. It really is quite beautiful-something that recliners rare are! It’s my husband’s birthday present, so I haven’t been able to try it out. I hope it will prove to be a good choice. Delivery was excellent. UPDATE February 10, 2026: I purchased this recliner and it was delivered and set up by Wayfair in May 6, 2025. No one has used this chair since Thanksgiving 2025, the day my husband was admitted to hospital. He returned home yesterday. The recliner doesn’t recline any more and the only electronic feature that works is the headrest. Wayfair’s AI assistant tells me that there is no assistance or resolution available to me. What a waste of money!. Mary. Thornville, OH. Tue Feb 10 2026

Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026
