This is one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. I love my home, but this sauna is now my favorite 'room' in the house. As others have said, it does require two sets of hands. For starters, you'll need two people to move the boxes to the desired location (they're VERY heavy). For the most part, one person can unpack the boxes and do the first several 'set up' steps. You'll only need the second pair of hands when you stand the 'walls' up. Tell the second person, you'll only need them for about 10 minutes of this part. After that, one person can finish on their own. As others have mentioned, it does take a full hour for it to get to 151 degrees. I typically turn it on and set it for an hour. For the first 20-30 minutes, I take a shower and turn off lights, brush my teeth, etc... by then the temp is between 120-130. I typically start sweating around 130 degrees. By the time the hour timer is up, it's between 145-150 degrees. I LOVE the color lights (I mainly use red) and the bluetooth speaker (I put my iPad outside the door and play Spotify or watch Hulu.). I'm deducting one start because one of the side panels doesn't create a tight seal at the base, and there's cool air coming in. No doubt, this is affecting how hot it gets and how fast. I put a towel there to block the air (I'm actually going to call customer service about this.). Kathryn. Atlanta, GA. Wed Feb 07 2024

I’m in love! Took longer to unpack than putting it together,..just under an hour to put together. Which was simple. Great packing and customer service as the manual and small parts were packaged in the hard to miss green box! Also, should our to my delivery men in NY they were fantastic.. Therese. Merrick, NY. After a long day, step into your own peaceful retreat and leave the outside world behind. The gentle warmth of three low EMF infrared heating panels, the natural beauty of premium spruce wood, and the soft glow of the reading light create an inviting atmosphere for unwinding. Play your favorite music through Bluetooth, enjoy a familiar radio station, or settle in with a good book and a refreshing drink close at hand. Thoughtfully designed to fit smaller spaces without compromising everyday comfort, this compact infrared sauna transforms an ordinary corner of your home into a personal sanctuary for relaxation and quiet moments of self-care.

We are loving our new sauna. It comes well packed to protect everything. Easy directions and quick to put together. I love that if we wanted to move it or sell for a larger one, it's easy to take apart again with the built-in latches. The outside does not get hot to the touch (the glass gets warm). It's shorter than I realized but it's comfortable for myself (5'6) and my husband (6ft). It take about 30 minutes to get it warm enough to get in. I haven't had it reach the highest temperature yet which is a little disappointing. It's easy to use and navigate. One click to turn it off and on. Connects to radio, Bluetooth or a usb. Light to read by or you can turn it off. I do wish it had red light. That's something I might have to add to it. Overall, reasonably priced and we're happy with it.. Jlynn. Beaumont, TX. This two - person sauna is the perfect companion for an active and busy lifestyle rhythm. Once you step inside, the relatively high temperature will quickly prompt you to sweat profusely, making every sauna session truly valuable. So far so good. It is really easy to put together, but needs at least 2 people if you don’t want to get frustrated. I have not used the Bluetooth yet so I can’t comment on that. It does take a while to heat up so be patient and turn it on early before you plan to get in. I really love having it and hope it’s enjoyed for a long time.. Lindsay. Birmingham, AL. Mon Jun 15 2026

Step into wellness with our luxurious full-spectrum infrared sauna — crafted from 100% premium Canadian hemlock, heats up in just 15 minutes, medical-grade red light therapy, immersive resonance speakers, and the perfect vibe for your home gym sanctuary.

Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Tue Aug 18 2026
