These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size.
