This arrived in good shape as far as the packaging. Inside it was packed inside very, very strong styrofoam. So much so, my 200 lb husband could stand on it empty. Installation was mefium Duffy. Tightening the bolts inside was hard unless there is a plumber tool that does it easily. Profile is smaller than our old one but sits higher. There is not much space on top to set anything.. I do like the smooth sides for cleaning. I’m adding an addendum. This toilet clogs very, very easily. It is hard to unclog. I would probably change to 3 stars and not fully recommend.. This toilet proved a great value for the price. I didn't notice when I bought my house that we had a mix of white and beige that didn't match. It's a small joy to now have matching components in the bathroom. This toilet offers both the flushing power for big jobs and the water saving feature when less water is needed that helps the environment. It came securely packaged so that it arrived unbroken without cracks or chips. Installation proved relatively easy. I'd buy this model again and have already recommended it to a friend that wants a higher seat for better mobility.. Amy. Aiken, SC. Fri Sep 11 2026

This was exceedingly well packed. These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. This pressure assisted toilet is much better than standard toilets. It can be a little loud and sounds like an airplane toilet, but with little kids it helps prevent clogs. The shipping was very good and it came intact. Customer service at wayfair is excellent. I would high recommend this toilet for remodel, replacement projects because it doesn't have a traditional stopper, water tank and the self-enclosed tank is clean and hopefully worry free for several years..
