This table in cherry walnut does not look like the photos, it is much more orange than cherry. It also does NOT come with any game pieces. I am using my pieces from another chess set. Gorgeous table! No problem extending it fully, the action is very smooth. Its central leaf is substantial and secures into place perfectly with brass latches. The construction is sturdy with no wobbling. The table's finish is slightly darker and more mahogany-toned than the product photos shown on the white background. The wrapped feet are a really lovely detail. This table makes me happy. I'd recommend for anyone who may use a coffee table sized space day-to-day, but need a little extra space for guests..
