This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. Very happy with this purchase. It’s good quality and arrived all in one piece. The only assembly was to screw on the feet. I ordered the green color and was a little surprised by the subtle blackgrey thread undertone that doesn’t really cone across in photos, but it ended up giving the ottoman depth and texture than if it had been all one color..
