If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath.
