The couch is comfortable. The material is very soft. It arrived in three boxes. If you’re not that tall, your feet won’t touch the ground. However the sofa slides out making it like a shorter version of a chaise. That is a great feature. It has two storage spaces that aren’t that big but adequate. Once assembled the sofa is a mediocre sofa due to the fact that there isn’t any way to make the back cushions look neat and perfect. It may take time before they fluff up a little more. The headrests don’t seat all the way in which is frustrating, but you can arrange the material to cover it. The sofa comes with two matching throw pillows, but I will be adding my own. The assembly instructions are not the best, but we figured it out through patience. Some of the cushion slides are hidden in the couch, and I feel that the manufacturer should have noted that in the installation book. It took us quite a while to figure that out. It’s definitely not top of the line quality, but suits the purpose I need it for. Bonus that it pulls out to a bed! As far as comfort, the pillow cushions are a bit flat, but I’m guessing they’ll plump up over time. The mechanism to slide it into a bed is pretty easy to use. Great for a den or playroom!
