I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate.
