Really like this griddle. It’s made nice and heavy. I have cooked on it twice so far and it heats up nice and things don’t stick to it. It will take a little getting used to that the whole griddle is the same temperature compared to gas where there are zones. I received my Model 2364 for Fathers Day. Love the size & abilities this thing has. I have 1 issue and 1 question. Issue: The latch that holds the Griddle in place is missing the arm that locks it in. I need a replacement part. Question: I know where the 1 lbs. Propane tank Regulator goes ( Right Side). Easy to assemble with two people. Seems nice and sturdy. Only one cook on it so far, but nice and easy cleanup. Good to have a place for paper towels, trash bag and utensils at the ready. The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. I didn't buy one when I purchased my Regal Pellet, and I regretted it for a few weeks until I finally bit the bullet and went back. Thick enough to hold some great heat--but not so thick that it's unwieldy. I sometimes drop it in place--as the Exact Fit suggests--and sometimes just lay it on top of my cast iron grates. It comes pre-seasoned, and I found the pre-seasoning acceptable. The key to long, reliable performance is the same for all cast iron. I clean mine while it is still warm, and I dry it on my gas range before taking it out to store inside my Regal.
