Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026

I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

Great quality, as always, from Lodge. I w as hoping to be able to use this on my gas grill instead of having to purchase a Blackstone. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.. Peter. Fair Oaks, CA. Thu Oct 24 2024
