The couch itself is great, but if you have any type of ability, the assembly is super easy to do yourself, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO PAY FOR IT!!! Customer Service told me they would be trying to clean up the trash and throw it away in MY trash cans, look at that picture and tell me how that’s supposed to fit in my single-family home personal trashcan?!? The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. The set up is time consuming and does take a small amount of time to figure out. Decide how you want to configure it before attaching the connecting brackets that should be the final step. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if the legs came with slide-proof attachments. And if the assembly wasn’t as time consuming for 1 person.. Lindsey. Tue Apr 07 2026
