It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. Purchased two of these, they arrived quickly and were extremely simple to assemble. One stays in position very well when reclined, the other tends to tip back up too easily. They are very comfortable, a little on the short side when partially reclined (I’m 5’8”) but perfect when fully reclined. They look great! Biggest challenge is protecting them from the cats.. Fantastic, exactly what I was searching for. These chairs were easy to assemble, the fabric has a nice soft feel. I was worried because a few reviews said they were shiny and they arent. These chairs would probably be 1000 each in a furniture store, we paid less than that with tax for 2. They are heavy ( I wouldnt want to carry them upstairs - they come in 1 box) and feel like quality. My husband is 62 and 275 lbs . He can lean backrecline and the chair is stable. He likes the chairs as much as I do. The chair backs are a good height from the seat. Allowing you to rest your head to take the pressure off your neck.
