I’m really happy with this white china hutch overall! It was easy to put together, but it did take quite a while because there were a lot of screws and smaller pieces to assemble. Once finished, though, it feels like pretty good quality and seems sturdy. There were a few small nicks and scratches, but I feel like that’s somewhat expected with furniture that comes in a box and requires assembly. I’ve purchased other furniture from Wayfair before, and I feel like the quality and condition have been pretty consistent. This hutch had great reviews, and overall, I’m very happy with my purchase! I would definitely say this is a two-person job. My husband and I assembled it together, and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have been able to assemble the entire thing by myself. You could probably do most of it alone, but putting the glass doors on would be very difficult since one person needs to hold them in place while the other screws them in. We also used a drill, which made the assembly go much faster than hand-screwing everything. I was really happy to find a tall cabinet style here that fits my decorating needs. But after installation, I found that the glass doors just wouldnt close properly. Beautiful cabinet! Very solid piece and looks more costly than it is. Well worth the 8 hours it took to put together. :) We added it to a spare bedroom used as a workout room/reading room. It has plentiful storage for hiding and organizing things you don't want out in the open, while still having a nice space to display those miscellaneous collectibles one acquires on trips abroad. The light feature has 2 different temperatures (cool/warm) which elevate the entire piece. We store our board/card games in the cabinetry/drawers as well as craft supplies, small photoshoot props, office supplies, etc. The height is impressive! I haven't styled the glass shelves yet. I was really happy to find a tall cabinet style here that fits my decorating needs. But after installation, I found that the glass doors just wouldnt close properly. Its a quality issue—the magnets arent strong enough to hold the doors against the front frame. This left me quite disappointed.
