Good quality for the price point. All parts were marked well and packed safely, no damages despite the outside box which clearly had a few bad days. Easy to assemble with two people and a cordless screwdriver. I did not install the bookshelves because I'm turning it into a little closet for my vacuum cleaner and coats (old house, no storage anywhere). Without the shelves in, it's VERY front heavy and will tip over when the doors are opened, definitely needs to be secured to the wall. I wish it had a solid back instead of the usual cardboard, that would have balanced it out better.. Rebecca. Pottstown, PA. Tue Nov 03 2026

Assembled via 90 percent cam locks (100 percent cam locks on the base!) meaning that it will never be perfectly sturdy and will loosen with time. Makes assembly harder as well. Most of the cam screws aren’t long enough, so don’t expect a full 180 degrees of rotation to lock. All cheap laminated wood. Arch is made of a thin laminate, basically card board. Looks cheap, feels cheap. Multiple points of damage out of the box, some of which show in the final product (see front of arch). Took a couple hours to build. Not out of the ordinary here (minus extra time with the cams). Andrew. Mansfield, MA. Thu Oct 08 2026
