This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. It was flat on the ground in the weather, box torn, I was able to set it up right but it was too heavy to get onto the porch it was left next to. Stated to be easy no tools required assembly, but due to my mobility, dexterity & strength issues would NOT be easy for me UNDERSTATEMENT. I was barely able to get the 3 boxes into my home. They offer nothing in the way of removing my old chair, which I certainly am unable to do. Plus, I have to UNBOX & inspect it‼️ This chair states it is for the ELDERLY‼️Now just how do they expect an elderly person to accomplish that❓ Basically, I NEEDED to do everything but put it together. I essentially paid for a person to waltz into my home snap the chair together & leave for the close to $100.00 I paid. I believe that to be a bit steep. Also, & this is NOT Wayfair's fault, but there is NO physical manual that comes with this chair, it NEEDS a physical & INFORMATIVE manual‼️A manual can be found online but it is USELESS‼️NO instructions re: function of either controllers. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! I’m pleasantly surprised by how convincing the faux leather looks — it gives the appearance of real leather without the high-maintenance feel.
