Had no issues whatsoever! It’s still expanding, I’m sure, but that sucker took shape fast. No smell, nice and soft, no damage to the packaging for either piece. Quality sectional for the price! Material is good, but it is not faux fur as described! It has just enough firm and structure! I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. 100 comfort! The sofa came fully assembled, just unpacked and that’s it. (It was fun to watch) It’s super comfy, soft but still holds its shape. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it still looks the same, hasn’t lost its shape at all. It’s also pretty deep so you can actually relax on it, not just sit.
