Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This toilet is amazing! I finally got the husband to try a toilet with a bidet and he LOVES it! The nice thing about this electric toilet is a nice height, the seat, warmer, the dryer, there’s just so many functions! The seat is very comfortable! All,of the different colored lighting is so pretty, and I love the size of the temp. number on the top! The multiple ways that the toilet flushes is excellent and very useful for somebody that has a bad back. We don’t have to turn around and use a handle anymore!! Love that you are able to get up and walk away and the toilet flushes!! Also, there’s a battery back up in case you lose power so you can still flush the toilet. The knob on the side controls the bidet and the colors. So user-friendly! Very easy to keep clean… we use special tablets to drop in. Instructions say DO NOT use harsh chemicals. A lot of these smart toilets need to be cleaned with certain product. Harsh chemicals, like bleach or Clorox can ruin your bidet and other things. You can still keep it very clean though. We purchased drop in tablets and they go straight into the bowl in the water and then you just give it a light wipe with a soft brush. Super clean and smells great! So easy! Install was straightforward. The instructions had pictures and told you step-by-step. I’ve never been so excited about a toilet!! Lol! It’s so cool! It is electric so you will have to have an electrical outlet put in. It’s so worth it to have these smart toilets. They are great for people with back problems, people who can’t bend over elderly, children, everybody! It’s just wonderful. What an invention! Thank you, Wayfair! This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. Plus you can adjust the water stream to go full pressure or go a little easier, depending on your needs. The dryer works well and I love the little odorizer that seems to work really well too. We got a longer seat and a shorter seat version (both sold here). The longer seat is about the size of a regular toilet seat and the regular seat size feels more like a kids sized seat, so I recommend the longer seat regardless of the size of your toilet bowl.. 4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. I’ll be upfront—this is one of those upgrades you don’t realize you needed until you have it, and then you never want to go back. The heated seat alone is the standout feature. Especially in colder months, it’s not just a “nice extra”—it completely changes the experience. It heats evenly, doesn’t get overly hot, and makes a noticeable difference in comfort. Function-wise, everything works as expected. The controls are straightforward, and the overall design feels modern and clean without being overly bulky. It fits well visually in a smaller bathroom, which was important for our space. That said, installation was not completely plug-and-play. We did have to replace the water supply valve due to size differences, so just be aware of that going in. If your current setup is tight or older, you may run into the same issue. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did add an extra step and a bit of time. Space is also something to consider. In a tighter bathroom layout, clearance around the toilet and connections can be a little cramped. Once installed, it works great—but getting everything positioned took a bit of patience. Overall, though, the performance outweighs the minor installation hassle. The heated seat alone makes it worth it, and the added functionality elevates something you use every day into a much more comfortable experience. I recently bought this smart toilet to replace my old one and I am so glad I did so. This is an upgraded smart toilet with LED screens at the back and a separate remote controller, feels very high tech. Its height is a little higher than conventional toilet so it feels more comfortable because I am tall. Its flushing power is stronger but also quiet , and it’s fully automated!
