Here’s a more polished version of your review that keeps your experience, but makes it clearer and more natural for other buyers ⸻ We purchased the TOTO Drake 1.6 GPF elongated two-piece toilet from TOTO through Wayfair and got a great deal. Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed? Purchased this in Sedona beige. The plastic toilet seat and the porcelain toilet base are two different shades. The plastic toilet seat is more yellow than the base. Unfortunately the seat is what you see predominantly when walking into a bathroom. It does not match the decor as we have cool beige. This toilet exceeded expectations. The design is sleek and modern, and the skirted base gives it a very clean, high-end look in the bathroom. The Universal Height is comfortable, and the one-piece construction makes cleaning much easier. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. The flush is powerful and efficient while still using only 1.28 GPF, which is a great balance. The CEFIONTECT glaze really makes a difference—everything stays cleaner with less effort. The WASHLET+ integration is seamless, with no exposed hoses or wires, which keeps the overall look very polished.
