Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. Great toilet. You will need a seat. Be careful. Do not get an oval one. (Not the toilets fault but my own) I’ve heard stories people make multiple trips to find the right fit. Who knew so many different seats. Yes annoying but again not default by the toilet. I was afraid of low flow new toilet but this one we have had for over a month. No issues at all. I’m so happy. There was the mounting piece at the very bottom the also needs separate purchase. From what I understand that’s how it works.
