Mattresses are such a pain to deal with. Over the last 5 years we've been through 3. This mattress is a real winner in my book. It's very comfortable, balancing firmness with softness. It doesn't get super hot, but it is still warm at times with 2 people in the bed. I think it strikes a great balance of comfort, quality, and price and I would recommend it.. Kierra C.. This mattress is amazingly comfortable! Soft on top yet firm enough to feel supportive. Really good for side sleepers. Delivery was good and was on time. Surprised the mattress was compressed since it does have some coils - fun to open! No "new" or other smell. Just a great experience all around. Thanks!. Carol. Lithonia, GA. Sat Aug 23 2025

We are really enjoying our new Leesa Mattress so far! The overall delivery and setup process was incredibly easy. However, I do have one important warning for anyone unboxing it: be extremely careful when cutting away the vacuum plastic layer. The moment you make that last cut, the mattress decompresses instantly and "pops" right out with a lot of force. Just make sure you stand back a bit so it doesn't catch you off guard! The only minor issue we've run into is that either the new mattress cover or our new sheets seem to be slipping around quite a bit on the bed. I'm not entirely sure which one is the culprit, but they don't seem to grip each other perfectly. Other than that small annoyance, it has been a great sleep experience and we are happy with the purchase!. Christopher W.. Tue Oct 13 2026
