This chair took about an hour to put together. The directions were fine. The pictures were rather small, but all necessary steps were shown. The provided hardware and tool were sufficient. The chair is rather comfortable with the exception of the massage and heating pad, which is extra firm. It’s summer here so I didn’t try the heating function. The massage vibration is variable and rather weak even on the highest setting. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move.
