The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. However once accomplished all was good. I have had it a few months now and am glad I picked the black fabric type as no sliding around like those slick material chairs. All in all, am happy with it. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. This chair looked great in the picture. It does look like the picture, but the puffy leathery look is deceptive. It really is cheaply made. The worst thing about this chair is that it forces my back to be in a hunchback position. The back of the chair is curved and doesn't adjust, therefore after trying this chair out for 10 minutes, the middle of back got a kink in it. There is no way I could ever use this chair to sit in again. I immediately called Wayfair customer service and they are picking the chair back up in a few days so I am so thankful to get this chair out of here. Wayfair is charging $200 to return it, and I feel overjoyed to spend that money to get this chair out of my house. That $200 is the best money I spent in a while! If I had got to a local store and sat in this chair first, I wouldn't have bought it because of how uncomfortable it was, but I wouldn't have expected that it should have cost more that $100 for the quality of the chair..
