I was surprised at how nice this chair is. The padding on the seat as well as the back has thick padding. It makes it so very comfortable. It was easy to put together. Only took one person to put together. The arms of the chair lift up. It has a pump to control the lumbar support on the back part of the seat. The high back gives head support.
